just go xbox360 and i need help with games

Id recommend call of duty 4, and if your up for a good WWII shooter CoD2 is the best. (plus it's only $20 or so now).

Most other recent games Id advise renting at this point. Most were let downs imo.

If your feeling adventurous get viva pinata, its pretty cheap now too.

Assassin's Creed <-- I like the new feel of combat in this. Some say the plot is boring, but I liked it.

Also, definitely try out Mirror's Edge demo if you get Xbox Live. The demo is insanely fun and the game will be even better. (It already got it's first review which was a 9.5)

what do you guys think about assasins creed? i saw the gameplay in youtube..looked like a pretty good game

Well, the objectives are always the same, "kill x", so many people say it's repetitive because their only strategy is to rush in and rush out, which is boring. If you play it the real assassin's way, it's more fun. The game isn't short but don't expet 30h gameplay. I have it onpc and I wub it.
GTA 4 is nice, but it's better to buy 2-3 ]$20 games first.
Fallout 3 is awesome if you like the oblivionish feel about it. You may even buy oblivion, that's over 100hours of gameplay. Anyways, watch some reviews and make up your mind.

IMO sell it and buy a PS2.

Less whining kinds on Online (because theres practically no online), cheaper, more games, and BETTER games.

or if you really want to keep it, then I recommend you try umm..

Saints Row 1 and 2
Crackdown
Oblivion
The Darkness
GTA4 (although there are MANY, MANY annoyances)

Other games look good but I haven't tried them so I won't say they're good since I haven't tried them. Want me to say it again? I haven't tried them.
