but i like how u used all the same colors and not some random colors

I see your wit in having it be Halloween. Execellent one. I haven't seen a Halloween signature quite like this one in a while. (prolly never)
(Make the border not white and it will look better)

You could just put Marilyn Manson by himeself and it would be scary. Anyways, It's good 9/10, I love the choices of colors and how you used them in the background. I think the text should be a bit more bulky though.
