How do you get one-hit kills with the sniper?

It's a game. I stopped using snipers cause they never died on the first hit and managed to get away, and he's shooting the chest most of the time which is what I did.

I don't get why you shoved in all those MP5 kills, most of them weren't even headshots. I liked the snipes though, skilled.

Stopping Power and Sniper Rifle = 1 hit kill.

Multi kills and os it wasnt completely sniping.

Prolly gonna make some sort of shotgun thing next. or G3
