There's really nothing to worry about with this. Only wrongdoers have to be worried. I would welcome this sort of thing here.

I don't really know but when I text to my airsoft buddies its mostly about new scenarios...So what if they nab you talking bout guns and imaginary war games?

There not about to jump on every person that mentions gun, nor is there going to be someone sitting there reading every single email and text being sent. That would be an impossible task.

It's more likely if you get in trouble, they've got emails and text messages on record to look at. If you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about.

Well 1 Billion dollars won't cover the costs of reading every email and SMS so I wouldn't get worried, although this is encrouching in our freedoms :S
The more goverments control actions of the populace the less free you get so this won't really affect anyone but it's not a good thing.
