Well i think in this case it would be a lack of video games.
if that kid did play video games he would of thought of a more constructive way of killing the lizards.
Like building a reasonable weapon to go on his apparent. "spree"

Its just a kid. When you were a kid you kill insects and stuff without thinking about it, but I guess 7year old is a bit too old to be doing that kind of stuff. Kinda funny though how **** the security is there.
