What time do you go to sleep?

I don't mean bedtimes, or whatever you 13+ people call it, but how long does it take for you to fall asleep?

I fall asleep in about half of an hour, after reading a bit and having white noise in the background.

Hmm. In the summer I usually go to bed around 6am and wake up around 2pm.
During school though I usually go to bed around 1am and wake up at 6am >_<
And usually I just stay on the computer/read until I'm tired enough to fall asleep within the first 10 minutes or so of lying down.

It used to take me a long time to get to sleep - half an hour to an hour or more - and I would always be last to fall asleep if I was at friends' places. During school recently I've been going to sleep between 12 and 1am (sometimes a little later if necessary but that really drains me :oops:

), and waking up at 7:45ish, and it's about the same on the weekends except I wake up after noon. XD I used to stay up a lot later on weekends and get up before noon, but I don't get enough sleep on weeknights to allow for that anymore. I think because of that I'm almost always asleep within five or ten minutes.

Depends how tired i am when i go to bed..if I'm not tired obviously it'll take longer. Not like i drop dead asleep every night 10 minutes after i clime in. Just depends on how long the days been.

If I stay up for more than 18 hours (I usually do) then it takes me about 5-15 minutes.

During the week i like to be in bed by 10:20pm so i can lay and watch the news and be asleep by 11. On the weekends i usually fall asleep when i get in bed, no time for sleep when you've got no school or work.

I try to go to bed around 10 .. but I'm not used to that, so I usually end up staying awake for 10-20 minutes before actually falling asleep. Unless I had a long/tough day, then it's right to sleep

After going to my room, I fall asleep about an hour or more later. I usually listen to music, play my DS, eat ramen, read manga, whatever. Last week, I went to sleep past 12 every night.

i take my pills around 10pm (sleeping pills) then if im lucky im in bed around 12 or 1
and if im really lucky im sleeping by 2. i norm get up at 2pm
but if i have to cut the grass or something i get up early to beat the heat lol.

the other night i didnt take my pills and didnt go to sleep till 6am

It wouldn't take me long to get to sleep if I don't have to wake up the next morning as I am usually tired at the time.

On weekends where I have to wake up at 7, I probably get to sleep at around 2. It's hard to wake up when I have to but somehow I manage it.

Either way, listening to music helps.

Er, most of the summer I'd go to bed at 4-6 AM.

It usually takes me quite awhile to get to sleep. 25 minutes at the least, but last night it took an hour and a half or so.
Last year during school, I'd usually go to be at 1 AM and be asleep sometime around 1:30.

Although, as it's nearing school, I've been trying to go to bed early, and wake up at 8:00, but so far not working. XD I want to go to bed at 10:00 throughout the year, and actually go to sleep quick, as I was late lots last year (but it was probably the habit of aiming to get on the very last bus of the morning). I doubt myself though and everyone else to, so I'll see how far I make it.

On a school night, it seems to take forever. Perhaps half an hour to an hour.

In the holidays, I stay up later so I'm more tired. I normally doze off after 5 minutes.

I take too long, specially on school days. There are nights I have insomnia and some nights I don't even sleep for 24 hours because of it

(This happened 4 times on the last 3 months).
But of course the next day i try to sleep very early to recover, and it works
