Dear Shane and Mike,
I would have posted this question last week but it the topic was locked when I was able to get on (Mike, if you listened to episode 160 then you'll understand this question)
Since you believe that classical music makes you more smarter, is there any other styles of music that you like, and do you believe that it makes you more smarter?

hey shane, i have a bit of a tech question for you, but, i have a secondary hard drive for my music, and the computer has no record of it any more, there was a big storm here a few days ago and the power went out for about 4 hours... i was wondering if there is a possibility it could have been fried, though i doubt that because i have my computer hooked up to a surge protecter... what should i do to get my computer to recognize it again? i go to the mother board settings when i boot my computer, and where my hard drive was listen in the boot settings is now replaced by the cd drive. what should i do? (you can cut that as you see fit, but if its not answered on air, please answer me in a pm)

also. i have a question for mike, since i know shanes was a copy of your name, where does the number 12088 come from? my guess is there is something significant about teh numbers, maybe december twentieth 1988? seems apropriate since brad says shane is atleast 21.
