The *easiest* way is using the Kingdom after completing Throne of Misc. By selling everything from the last 3.5 weeks I made 3.5M, not including the 220-ish nests I got. Pretty much 1M per week and all you have to do is keep money in there and keep the people happy (I prefer mining a coal per day)
