Best place to mine iron ore?

My question is on the topic's title.

I'm trying to get 70 smithing, however i want to mine my own ore. I could do it with gold but i refuse to do it for the simple fact: I can't get anything worthy from gold. Just some stuff to alch.
Yes i know gold its one the fastest ways, but still...

Back on topic: I heard the spot near ledgends guild was good. But i want your opinion.

What is the best place to mine iron?
I prefer a place near a bank and a good number of rocks (2 or 3) to mine.

there is a great place just north of Yanille. 3 rocks that are right next to eachother. Just remember to pick a high populated world for quicker respawn.

Yeah, the Yanille mine is great. Just don't bank at Yanille bank, I believe the deposit booth at Port Khazard is a bit closer.
(But I've only heard this, not tested)

There are three rocks that form an upside down "L" when facing North that you should mine at.

Al Kharid, in the place with the scorpions. There are 3 rocks by each other somewhere in there. You can keep click on 1 rock, then the next, then the next, and keep dropping it.

I like Yannile because there is Iron and mith and addy, nice variety

The place west of Falador. You jump over the crumbled wall and there is three rocks in a formation that looks a bit like an n. I mined all my iron ore for 65 smithing when I was 56 smithing. Like 15k ores XD.

Oh, then the dwarven mines, there is a place with 3 iron ores where you can fill up an inventory fast, and the bank is close, too.

Everyone I know uses the Yanille mine mentioned multiple times. It's fast, though I don't know which is faster for banking (box / bank) though they both look to be quite similar.

I've had two friends get 85 mining there, though they were able to trade other people their ore instead of banking. This wouldn't be too easy now with the trade limits, but you can have a familiar. Gotta love the Spirit Terrorbird in this case.

Just south of the entrance to the piscatoris fishing colony (however it's spelled). Three iron rocks in a "V", you stand between them and mine without having to move from your square. The piscatoris bank is close. (As close as yanilli bank is to the spot that's been recommended above.) Also, less crowded most of the time.

There is the mine under the grand tree... it has four or five iron quite close together and the bank is only 3 floors up.
