Some people shouldn't be given drivers license.

So today I was riding to my work place on my bike while at an intersection I was crossing the road when it said WALK, and some woman runs over the red light and hits me I got lucky in this case, but my bike is totaled. So I ended up with Road rash, lots of scrapes, chipped tooth, black eye, and stiff neck. Got released from the hospital 2 hours ago. The cops got her turns out 35mph in 20mph zone + running the redlight the is pretty messed up god. I personally feel that people should should get harder tests if they want drivers license or retest every 1 year.

What is your view on this?

Duh I dunno what to do bout the chipped tooth god.

I have another idea: start riding bikes more often, rofl.

That would cut down on alot of car accidents. XD

A friend of mine was killed by a woman on the road, she got off free.

Thankfully i wasn't there to witness it but several people was, happened at the top of my road, a straight road out in the open. She wasn't looking where she was going but as they couldn't prove she was speeding she got away with it. At the time the witnesses was to young to give evidence, complete BS they wouldn't of been lying.

Stupid how this world works. But you can only judge a person so much, never going to be a fool proof way of testing people.

My friend was killed aswell, butit was his and the driver's fault, so the driver got off for free, exept a fine for speeding =/

I think the USA Drivers test should be harder

I think tests everywhere should be harder and please God stop old people driving on the road. Despite the fact I can't drive yet, It still angers me to see old people craned over the steering wheel going either waaay to fast or waaay to slow. Maybe thats just me.

It wasn't an old person maybe about 30's or 40's who knows, settlement can be as high as 100k but I don't really wanna go to the court.

Guys, admit it, American system is wrong,
drive at 16 drink at 18, here in Europe it's otherwise, you first get drunk, puke all night and say I'm never going to drive drunk (unless you're retarded and have an IQ of a carrot). Americans get drunk driving :p

drive at 16 smoke at 18 drink at 21 lol. duh my dads been driving since he was 12 started on a farm now he's 42 now, not even a single accident or traffic citation.

18 is to young to drink, should be pushed up to 21. 16 is far to young to drive, no way are people responsible enough at that age should be shoved up to 18 IMO.

well in our state driving ed begins in 16 initial license at 17 full license at 18 or 17, some schools begin at about 15 years old.

I agree, I think 18 should be the driving age, and i feel that 18 should be drinking age in America because if we are old enough for war we shoould be able to drink
