Live an extravagent life from the interest. Even if I only got 5% interest I'd have nearly 1 million a week to spend.

1) New, ridiculous computer.
2) Any Xbox/Computer game I've even considered getting.
3) College fund
4) Awesome custom designed house for after college.
5) Split the rest between many banks.

I'd buy Jagex and make Runescape better, maybe offer positions to people at RSBANDB ... doesn't that sound like fun?

But really, if I had a billion I would use some of it to buy a decent car and travel to my girlfriend's house (she moved). Then perhaps buy a house next to hers and put it in the bank, see how long the rest of it lasts without having a job. Wonder if it's possible to retire with that much :?

Definatly, I would build a safe then put it in there. Then just spend it over time buying useless things I want haha

I would also throw a top of the line security system in there haha, dont want anyone stealin my money :P

A billion is a lot, I'd spend 15mill on myself and family. I'd use 500m to invest in some companies. I'd use 75m to help out my relatives, and I'd spend 20m on my close friends. I'd donate 100m to chartiy, a million per year for 100 years. I'd save the rest and watch it grow.
