What virus protection do you use?

What virus protection do you use, and how well do you like it? List some pro and cons of security program.

I currently use Trend Micro Internet Security Pro and i have to say i love it so far i love it. The program came with my laptop when i bought it, real easy to install and use.

i use avg it catches all the bad stuff preety good
but a bad thing is it doesnt upadate for some reason

AVG Pro I downloaded it from grisoft for free I beleieve back in january you can download it and get a key for 1 year.

Kaspersky has helped me a lot, it's much better than AVG. I put AVG on a virtual machine, put different viruses on it, and AVG didn't pick them all up.

I use Kaspersky 6.0, although I used to use AVG Anti-virus. Kaspersky is better, not by much, but by quite a bit.

Did you use AVG free or Pro?

I dont like AVG, but Pro is pretty **** good

I had version 7 on my old hardrive, but then it crashed.

ZoneAlarm has a virus protection component. I think you have to install it separately though.

I use ZoneAlarm, but I find it so **** annoying sometimes. Every time I open a programme I haven't used in a while, it asks me 2-3 times if I want to grant it permission. Argh!
