toolbar help

how do i change the color of my toolbar
and not the normal ones i want to make my own color

To change the lower Taskbar in Windows, you need to either change the theme with a program such as TuneUp Utilities 2007, or change the theme by downloading something. Since you want to make your own, I think TuneUp Utilities would be an easier option, but you might be able to find some place that would tell you how to make your own.

Pfk is correct but be warned, you only get a 30 day trial and if you change the toolbar after your trial has ended you cant fix it unless you mess with the registry (Which you don't want to do or it could really screw up your PC) or you could find another PC editing program such as Windowsblinds which is another trial.
