Since I haven't really posted here yet, I guess I will now.

Yes: Rock, Pop,(as in Beatles[Beatles ftw!] not stupid female hip-hop singers.) some rap, Slightly jazzy techno hip-hop,(Daft Punk) Classic Metal and Regular old heavy metal, maybe some speed metal mixed in.(Dream
Theater, BLS CoB [Ozzy?]) I also love Alternative, but not as much as metal. 8) RHCP ftw, best band out there. Apoctayliptica is right up there with RHCP and Dream Theater.

No: R&B Soul, most kinds or rap, Hip-Hop, and disco.

Rock music! I like the more recent artists though. Nickelback, Creed (when they were still together) and Foo Fighters are just a few that I like. And I've always liked Linkin Park, even though they're more punk-rock-ish.

Old bands sound better back then, then in new songs that they right like in the previous years like Led Zeppelin

ye i know, im just saying the older pendulum stuff (the full out drum n bass)is better than their new stuff which is more rock drum n bass.

I've really been experimenting lately. Right now I can't stop listening to Dream Theater (mainly These Walls) and An Endless Sporadic, but that's just for now.

Some of my favorite bands (in no particular order)

Thrice (not so much the older stuff, but I love Vheissu)
Dream Theater
Avenged Sevenfold
Blood Red Throne
Beneath the Sky
Warmen (only the instrumentals)
.38 Special

I'd have to go with rock. Techno every now and then is alright I guess.. had a fascination with video game soundtracks too for some reason (Halo, Mass Effect, Lost Odyssey). Also listen to the Pure Pwnage soundtrack often... but mainly punk rock, hard rock, metal, and some grunge depending on my mood :)

Bands include: Nickelback, Linkin Park, Dethklok (lol), Disturbed, System of a Down, AC/DC, Breaking Benjamin, Creed, Coldplay, Green Day, Smash Mouth and some Dragonforce. The techno I have is just from different websites.
