One letter names are pretty uncommon. Also real life names, like "Ashley", or "Tom". Knowing Jagex, you think they would be banned for staff impersonating.

Once saw someone with the name "Santa" too.
There was a guy named "lolomgwtfbbq", which I'm assuming many people wanted, so it was probably lucky that he got it.

Perhaps. Maybe names that aren't common like "madmatt899" or "Pur3 Dd5" for example.

Names that make you look at them more than once.

The rarest name I've seen is a series of throw away accounts I made with my skill clan. Arrow made Freaking Bus first, then Melt made Freaking Car. Moose made Freaking Suv and I made Freaking Lag

Think we need a clearer definition of what a rare name is.

To me, a rare name is one that accurately describes the character stats. Like a name with 'pure' in it where the character is still actually a pure.
