Proof : Runescape available on console ?

Hmmm, good question kirby . It would have to be an 'all you can eat' subscrition, pay $100 for a lifetime subscription ...

I don't think they will,
A: Look at the date.
B: Costs to much (even for them). First, they have to hire a company that makes the discs, then they have to cram the entire game on one disk(like 4-5 GB?).

Financially, this would be a wise move for them. Shut down the ridiculous mini-game site and consider putting Runescape on the Wii or Xbox. I'm sure they would be able to make more money off of it. I just think that Gower might be (rightfully) wary about committing to such a huge thing.

Well, the 360 already has MMOG on it, you have to pay for the Live fee AND the MMOG subscription cost. I don't think there to popular.

But if RuneScape was out on the Arcade, F2P could be the "demo" as all arcade games have to come with a demo and p2p the full game, a fixed monthly fee.

Who'd actually care and play it? Sure, I'd be interested and take a look at reviews and maybe I'd play it... but the only people who would are the people who are already playing. Runescape's fanbase isn't large enough to warrant such a move and would further illustrate the rubbish we're playing on the PC - we'd all move into the "better" 360/PS3 version and leave the regular java one to those without one of the new consoles.

It would kill RS2, imo.

So true, It's very easy to edit files that you download.
I really doubt that Andrew Gowar would be willing to put up enough money to make it a good game so it will never happen, at least not in the near future.
