To any other Vista users..How was the upgrade experience? I'm putting it off for at least a few days, but not to see how others were faring. Just curious if anyone has a good/bad story. Well, I suppose if you had a bad story, you wouldn't be posting (you'd be looking at a dead computer or something), but any info would be great.

I've heard that copying speeds are noticeable straight off, but other than that I haven't heard too much. I'll be installing this weekend, but as I said - any other information regarding your upgrade experience would be welcome.

It's now out.

I've installed it on my windows comp, and there are no noticable speed increases, additional features, or anything. Zip extraction is still ludicrously slow (go 7zip!), I don't use the built-in copying anyway (go Teracopy!), and network performance seems about the same too.

It doesn't really seem to have done anything. At all.
