Which is why some people think Runescape is going to die soon. They don't accept queries. Soon, or even now, they will decline the button "Report Abuse".

Yea i find this very fishy. There is no way that 99% of the queries are able to be answered by the manual. Anytime me or anyone i knew sent a query to them i was an in depth question that obviously was not in the manual.

This honestly isn't a good sign and Jagex is only biting themselves in the butt.

99% where in the manual that BS maybe 40% there are A lot of stupid members out there but I'd say 99% of people from bnb and all my other friend that ever sent in A queries the answer was not in the manual!! I'd guess that jagex is just trying to cut cost...

I have faith in them. They removed the forums once, and brought it back in a few years. This is just something they need to get together and work harder at.

I would imagine they're going through a state of withdrawal because of the wilderness fiasco. Give them time, is my advice.

Plus, and here's really the question, what ARE we asking Jagex that the Runescape community can't answer?

I think that they really need the customer support.. When you ask Jagex and they tell you know that its the truth.. You aren't always as sure with other players.

All i have to say if if Jagex still is making more dumb quotes, and keeps on basicly manipulating us so we play the game the way they want us to(example:more bad updates, or,like said before, the removal of the report abuse button, I will quit this game until Jagex FIXS THIS DAM GAME!
