No more Customer Support ?

Well it appears that sending queries to Jagex is no longer possible. If you look at the image above its removed. But why? Too many complaints about Summoning? The new trades? Player Killing removal? Discuss.

I noticed this right after summoning got out. They probably fired to many people after the drop in abuse reports came in.

I'm never going to figure out about my roll back...

It will probably come back soon. Most MMORPG's HAVE TO HAVE Customer Support.

I think that they have gone to far with this one!! :evil:

they don't want to hear what we have to say (that all the update have bin Umm not the best lately!) make better update and don't **** your fans/users off and then we are all happy at the moment we are not all happy and they can't handle it!

My friend and I sent in a query on his acount (I'll ask him for a pic, I came up with the whole thing xD) asking which they like the most. Halo 3, Gears of War or Call of Duty 4. He got his aswer the next day telling him to look in the knowledge base xD

Surely they wouldn't have completely deleted it, anyway - just relocated it to make it difficult to find for the idiots.

Um, I'm not sure if he knew anything or not but a forum moderator replied to Connor's rant about lowering the time between reports and said something like:

No, the report system would probably be removed just like query system from being abused.

Probably because it is easier to remove it completely than ban the people who abuse it, also saves them more money. (Banning them = $5 less, and they can now sack some more customer support workers probably, and focus on making RuneScape a more enjoyable place to be if you're 8 by banning people for nothing so more 8 year olds will come in because they wont be offended by all the people smarter than them! w00t)
