To install these themes, you have to install the UXTheme Multi-patcher. It's a patcher that modifies some core windows files to allow you to use third-party themes.

Get that from here (XP/2003 ONLY): http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS- ... cher.shtml

Then install it and reboot.

Then download the skin files, and there should be a .msstyles file and a folder called 'shell' in there. Copy them both to C:/Windows/Resources/Themes

Once that's done, you'll be able to select the theme from the appearance window. Right click on desktop -> Properties -> Appearance.
