Colon cancer happens mostly as a result of people relying too much on red meat in their diet. Too much of anything can be bad for you. Also, vegetarians taking vitamins by pill? Too bad for them, since they don't realise that the body doesn't metabolise pill vitamins as well as it does from actual food.

yeah but I dont need to have the pills. I just eat sensibly.

nobody takes pills at my temple. sure they take vitamins because some just want a little extra vitamin C
