Teleport Random "Spots"

Certainly when I stop in one place for any length of time I can nearly always gaurantee getting a randon, such as when alching. But I also get a lot of randoms when doing slayer task, including iron and steel dragons. Usually, on them occasions I'm gaining xp fairly quickly, so pehaps there are several factors that trigger randoms.

Ughh, whilst flicking back to the game when typing this, I'm slaying Black Demons, I've just got Dr Jekll.

Yep, and the thing is we will never know exactly how it works because jagex would never release that information.

Someone told me today that you don't get randoms when on the Void Knight's Outpost - including the bank. That she'd recently done 20k of alchs there.

I'll try it later and let you know as I have some alching to do myself.

Did 2k of alchs without a single random. Hadn't realised there were areas you didn't get randoms.

In minigames and (maybe) GWD you can't get randoms. I've known this for a long time. Not sure about the gwd though since I saw someone who claimed to have gotten a M.O.M. down there.

I never realised that there weren't any randoms in mini games.. I suppose this makes sense since you can't really auto anything. Well, actually I take that back.. Wouldn't you just be able to auto alch??

Which Is why I was suprised to learn there were such spots. Mind you when I was doing the alching to try it out there was no one else there. so I'm guessing not too many people are aware of this.
