I think it is very good.Only thing is Goku has much darker skin.
did you use paint to make thing? or another program

very good only as they all are saying darker skin and it would look cool if you put some sort of magic orb of power or sumtin in his hands.

Lovely shading, the problem is all the colours are off xD. Like everyone else has said, his skin needs to be tweaked a bit, you should make it darker and pinker, but also his top is more orange than red, and the blue needs to be slightly lighter and so does his hair.

I can tell almost exactly how you did this. It looks like you made a few layers, painted a few colours on and then changed the blending mode to Multiply. If you really want to get convincing results from colouring in a picture, you're going to have to spend a lot of time in each area PAINTING each shade in otherwise it just looks off. Good try for a beginning thing, but there are still more steps to take.
