I don't get why people are impressed by it. If you start a level 3 account and do nothing but slayer, you stand a good chance at maxing slayer before any other melee stats. The only one you have to worry about is Hits. o.0

yea even if you are a little higher then lvl 3 you might be able to pull it off while balancing out att str def and also throwing in mage and range in there. i personally havent seen anyone with this but i have seen someone with an untrimmed hits cape which is also rare but not a rare as slay cuz of PC.

Slayerbelle has an achiement topic on another site about this that details how they got it. (RSC)

They have another account with 2277 total/rank 30 overall as well, 13th to 99 slayer. And another account with one of the lowest combat level persons with 85 slayer. (76)

1 damage = 1 slayer xp = 2 range xp = 0 hits xp

Example 1: 13 mil range xp = 6.5 mil slayer xp = 0 hits = ~650k cannonballs - That leaves 6.5 mil slayer to get with melee xp, which = 8.65 mil hits, att, def, and str. So if you cannon to 13 mil range, you can get 99 slayer with 94 att, str, def, and hits. Obviously there is a lot of room to play with, and you don't need to spend all that money on cannonballs. While it is good in theory, chances are it won't happen quite that well.

Example 2: 13 mil att, str, and def xp = 10 mil slayer xp = 13 mil hits - That leaves 3 mil slayer to get with cannon = 6 mil range xp = 300k cannonballs. Cheapest cannonball option.

All kinds of examples between the two versions. You can also throw in mage to replace some of the melees.

I knew it was possible, I don't know why some didn't. :$

Ya, but how many people start members that early? I didn't start members until I was like 80 some combat.

Interesting, but why....I'd rather have 99 att/str/def/hp, etc AND 99 slayer. Then again, I'm not goth.

Maintaining the discipline needed to attain 99 in Slayer is indeed to be celebrated, no matter who it is or how they got there. =D>

Hits was proven to max before slayer.

The only way to achieve it is to cannon to 6.5m slayer exp or more. Or hp will still max before it.
