Quest Help

k, so I am doing In Search of the Myreque, and I read someplace that you can buy the planks in Mort'ton, but when I go there, they are afflicted (which I am sure is fixed in another quest, one that I apparently have not done.) and when I try to talk to the guy at the general store to get him to open it, it says that i cannot understand him.

Here is what I read.

"Go to the general store, and speak to the man there. Ask him to open his building store. Buy 6 planks and leave the store. "

Now, had I known that I couldn't have bought the planks from him, I would have brought them with me. So I guess my question is, is there a way to get them from him or do I have to go all the way back to a bank to get the planks?

The quest that you need to do in order for you to speak with them is The Shades Of Morton quest

Also, you have to give him the permanent Serum 207 to make him permanently normal. It's well worth it, because he sells some pretty good stuff.

How to make it, though, is a secret. I'll let you figure it out yourself after doing the quest.

I'll tell you this much. After the quest you need the serum (206?) and an oil that is made holy.
I recommend the temple building world (check the world select page) to complete Shades of Mort'ton.
