This could mean also they are opening a new area. Prifddinas in Tirannwn is long overdue. Or if you refer to the word horizon, it is usually associated with ships or sailing. Maybe we will have a new skill that have to do with ships or sailing.

Now THAT would be cool. And you could like, higher gaurds and declare war on other towns.

actually, to make a sky, they could just make the default black background be light blue... and change shades slightly based on time of day, maybe hourly. in some areas like mortania it could be a bit greyer.

It's a new skill, like last year, or the end of the plague city storyline, and i only think that because i know they've been working on that for years and I know priffdinas looks absolutely beautiful from the outside.
