Don't be shy. Make sure she's not in a relationship, and then try to get to know her. Start hanging out with her casually before you just ask her out.

All you got to do is be nice and help her or talk to her more often. and If you consider yourself ugly, don't. Like MQ said, its all about personality like me. I'm dating this girl, I like her looks and personality but other people think shes ugly but I say well forget you guys I like her. Sorry got off topic a little. Just play nice and then eventually make your move.

My 3 step Success guide to dating.

1. Get to know her and get her to know you! If not you are going right into the dumpster.

2. Take it slow. I waited a year before asking Rynne528 out but patience is a virtue and you will know if it pays off

3. BE YOURSELF I stress this if you aren't yourself she may change her attitude about you and well... all that work for nothing.

Looks mean nothing when you have to deal with a stuck up brat that is also why I say no. 1 because what if she isn't all butterflies and sugar under there? I learned that too... IT HURTS.
