Law Running

It's been a while. What world does law running take place most and is it 27 law runes for 27 unnoted pure essence? Not 26 law runes + 26 noted pure essence for 26 unnoted essence?

66, bring zamorak robes and law tiara fi you're running it.
You need to bring 26 unnoted ess, they'll give you 26 nats + 26ess.

It takes place in world 66. Bring 27 unnoted essence to a person in Zammorak robes and he should give 27 Laws + Noted essence.

It's also in 99. I think that in 99, runners wear teal robes, crafters trade you, and you supply the essence.

If I were to runecraft law runes would I give the runners just 27 law runes for just 27 pure essence or 26 law runes + 26 noted pure essence to the runners for 26 unnoted pure essence in return?

I see his point on the 27, 27. With the tiara on you can enter with +1 space, then you have 28 open spots. - the noted ess you have 27 spots left, so you can get 27 back. The reason for the 26 is so that the people making the runes can make some money and not waste 50k pure ess on nothing. The extra spot they have is to keep the other 26 laws they make because of the x2 effect if they are that level.

You could get 27 for 27 but then it kinda doesn't help the crafter cause they lose 400 extra gp they could have made for the laws when you make 500 gp ea or just use them because they are free.
