Pointless idea which will just cause a major uproar. Second hand smoke can kill you so it must be in your system.

Horrible idea. If anyone actually gets suspended for having second-hand smoke or is over 18, they should notify the media and/or file a lawsuit. Great way to become nationally famous.

Obviously the School Administrator is a complete moron, you can get tobacco in your system by second-hand smoke from anywhere there is someone smoking.
