Do other's know that you play Runescape?

I was wondering about this before....

Most of my friends used to play, but grew out of it.. I never did, and whenever I say anything about it, they normally say something along the lines of: "I can't believe we used to play that game" etc. etc.

I keep my Runescaping a secret, just because I don't want to be looked down upon by my friends.

What are your thoughts?

There's someone a grade ahead of me that I talk to Runescape about, but otherwise I just keep my mouth shut.

Meh... I quit RuneScape a few weeks ago and now I found a new tanker.

Well, most of my friends plays but they don't like me being very high level because there like Lv: 60 and 40...

How I say found means I got hacked and now I got it back.

My friends know that I play RS. One of them plays like me (with long breaks). Once almost my all class (boys) played RS, but they don't now.

Because one of my friends made me aware of it, I was bored one weekend so I tried it. I told him I started at school the next day so... he would talk about it in front of everyone. :oops:

He's been playing longer than me and still plays but still not in the hiscores at all and never got members.

He pked a Santa once and sold it for full rune and some other items for a total of 400K.
I've had some friends that started but stopped never becoming any good. They always ask how I'm doing in it when I'm taking the bus. :oops:

I made a friend a 2 grades ago when one of my friends who never played wanted to know about the economy in it for some reason, and someone who played overheard. Not friends anymore though, he quit the game and he's a grade lower than me... Dunno if he's comming to my HS this year or a different one.
...Then theres the friend that likes to make fun of me for playing.

Can't really get him back when he's making fun of me, he likes being a retarded skater drugy who hangs out with a wanna be gangsta. XD

I don't really like talking about it in real life, I think online game discussions should stay online. XD

Two of my friends who used to play RS with me, of course knew that I played it. I or neither them like to shut out in public or let others know that we played RS. Back in 8th grade, some 5th grader and his friends found out that we were playing RS (I don't know how the hell they did that) and started begging me (since I was the highest level of all my friends) for free stuff and ask some randomly dumb questions to help them with some crap

It got really annoying after a while, if they ever saw me they would shout: "HEY ALEX MAN! CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MONKEY MADNESS?!"

My best friend plays, and about 3 of my rlf.. If someone asks me if I play RS I will reply truthfully.
