I see Star Wars as something made so that 9 year olds can be entertained. Star Trek has far more innovating storylines and their scientific theories are absolutely interesting to think about. I think that the main reason why many people don't like Star Trek is because they're not entertained unless they're seeing Jar Jar Binks make coo-ing noises at them like a mother does to an infant.
Oh? Little Queen of the trekkies wants to step up and prove her nerdyness does she?! Ohh it's so on. I'm gunna be EXTREMEE now and break your text up into chunks. :O

How interesting can a planet be in a what? 45 minute time slot? The planets, there history, all of that usually gets left out. Hell, even the species on the planet usually get shunted, you learn the bare minimum about them and it goes back to the same usual star trek regulers of which there's only usually about 5-8 or so that you really get to know.
Compared to the massive films? the books, comics, the mass fan base? I'd say the star wars world is far more interesting compared to the star trek. If you care to argue that one, i really suggest you look up the reviews for the star wars films and the star trek. It's the only fair basis we can make isn't it?

If you want "scientific theories" you watch a Scientific program, not a Sci-Fi show. While star trek crams made up words, made up "scientific theorys" that you couldn't possibly understand (because there not real, lol. Honestly whenever they come up with a plan who understands wtf there talking about? Although usually there "creative" storys comes down to shooting something with a not-so-epic space fight. XD).
The great thing about star wars is that you can compare it to todays world, in many ways it's like todays world. It has a perfect combination of Sci-Fi crap but it also has enough stuff that you can relate to in this day and age that you can at least understand what there talking about or be able to relate to something, it helps you get so much more into the world that there trying to create.

Confirms you've never sat down and watched a star wars film properly, because everyone who has knows jar jar binks isn't amusing, he is infact the most annoying character ever created. No one likes him.
There for, anything you happen to say about star wars can't hold up, cause you've never taken the time to even try and get involved in the world Georgy has created for us.
BURN MY LITTLE TREKKIE
edit: I win, MQ just goes on to argue and ignores everything else. Silly trekkies, can't face up to the truth.
