I'mm level 77 strength at the moment, and I'm training at the Mountain Trolls. I was wondering... is there a better alternative? Thanks.

Dust Devils are good Attack and Defense xp (sorry i'm not a strength guy)

But I do know good training places, Dust Devils, Dagganoths and Jogres on Karamja are good xp. Jellies are also good, Fire giants can be 'ok' if you've got good def so you don't have to bank often, also moss giants on moss giant isle are great, there is two or three 1/3 cake spawns so you get free food and there are atleast 5 mossy spawns there.

These are just a few places I trained at for my Attack and Defense levels, and now becaue of Barbarian harpoon fishing I need 76 for hand fishing sharks. (Yes, I have lower the 76 str currently).

I hope these suggestions help you.

Thanks. I'll try the Dagganoths and the Moss Giants, and see how I like those.

But a lot of those other ones I don't have the Slayer level for.

The only thing I remember training on that wasn't for slayer and wasn't Lesser Demons were Shadow Warriors. I believe XP was fast there, but I'm not sure how fast. I would do something like that- low leveled and pretty good drops.

Fire giants are a very good away.
You could also do it during slayer tasks, it's one of the best ways to level up combat.

I like daggonoths. Just bring 2 Super Sets down there with full Torags, scimmy, Climbing boots and a granite shield. You will last for a while

I'm getting myself 100 combat nowadays, and I train slayer with it. I have guthans and rune body/legs/dragonshield/warrior helmet in my inventory. I start with non barrow set, when my health goes low I switch to Guthans.

I think dagannoths are better exp, because it seems I hit more and consistent on them.

What if I don't have 70 defence, nor full Torags?

Just go to dagannoths, they'll surround you and attack in very large numbers, but their ranged attack is very inacurate although it's sometimes dangerous if you don't watch out. If you stay in one place long enough, they'll stop being agressive, but stay in that place.

Desert bandits. But you run the risk of being tempbanned/permabanned for afk training if you're unlucky.

Dharok at Ape Atoll.
Get low hp and take antipoison but i don't know exacly how it works.
Anyhow, Dharoking is a great and fast way to train Strenght.

Why get a 99 quickly when you can enjoy the skill for a longer time and make a lot of money in the process?

Dagannoth all the way. Its over 1k exp per minute. Dont bring barrow armour as its break and cost about 300k to repair, 15 hours of training goes fast. Full rune + teleport + fill the rest with food ( Lobster or Monkfish ) is enough.
