Silver

Where's the best place to mine silver, that's near to a bank? Excluding the guild, I'm not a high enough level to get in there yet,

Silver is a tough one, there's not really many places with it - especially close to a bank. To be perfectly honest the only places I know which even have a silver rock are al kharid and crafting guild. :$

Not too hard to get 40 Crafting...

The Varrock West Mines have a couple Silver rocks too, as well as Al Kharid.

Edgeville dugeon looks good and its not too far from varrock bank

Tzhaar...There are 3 or 4 of them there along with 3 or 4 gold. Just hop worlds because by the time you hop they wont get the ore back.

you could go north of al kharid or south-west of varrock

Well, since you can't use the crafting guild, here are the places you can mine it: Al Kharid mine, Dorgeshuun mine, Edgeville Dungeon mine, Grand Tree mine, and South-West Varrock mine. As for the best place, I'd try the Grand Tree mine, as I think there are several rocks here. Dorgeshuun mine isn't all that great, and neither is the Al Kharid mine. If all else fails, Varrock South-West mine has 2-3 rocks in it
