Ive had this laptop on watch for a while. Im thinking about buying it this summer.
Very nice value, but I would definitely go for something with a faster processor. Core 2 Duos are always good.
I'd also recommend getting a Core 2 Duo. As you said you want to play WoW, a better CPU would help.
I'm not sure about the GeForce Go 6150 and WoW. You should probably look up some bechmarks (use google) for this card. For under $1000 you probably won't be able to find a laptop that can play WoW fluidly...

Anyways I saw that you said your budget is $1000, if you want to expand your budget by $100 you can get the basic
MacBook. I do believe that they have a mac version of WoW. If you do want a mac but can't extend your budget try the
refurbished section. The nice thing is there's no spyware or viruses. You can also install Windows if you need it

If you want to go the Windows route, I'd recomend Dell. Specifically the
Inspiron E1505. You get a far better CPU and the ability to customize the computer more so than the Acer.
Personally when you customize it I'd just go with the $999 option that dell shows. That also has a ATI X1400 mobility, so you should be able to play WoW with that
