You do realize just how ridiculous your statement is, right?
The government most definitely can "pull you from your house to fight in a war." In the situation of a draft, if you don't go they can throw you in jail. All you can do to avoid the draft is flee the country. Either that or find some reason that prevents you from being fit to fight. I have asthma, if there's ever a draft I may or may not be "required" to go. Depends on the "severity" of the need for soldiers.
Nevertheless, I don't believe that a need for a draft will develop. I believe that the American people finally realize that we have no need to be there and thus we will, though it may very well take some time, tend to matters other than ridiculous wars over oil.
Maybe I'm just being hopeful, though.
