$2.29 for unleaded. :D

But when we were on vacation 2 weeks ago, one of the towns sold it for $2.47.

I'm assuming the prices you are listing are per gallon?

In the UK, petrol is about £1 per litre. Thats ~£3.80 per gallon, or ~$7.60

The station I go to sells regular for $2.98 (Texas).

The average price of most of the stations is around 3 dollars, give or take a few cents.

Ouch, you guys pay over $7 for a gallon of gas? That's rough. Here I was thinking $3.40 was really horrible. :lol:

Our petrol is so much better than yours. It's much more pure, and has a much higher octane content.

$3.29 a gallon. The local gas stations due a gas lottery tho. $1 tickets to get in and 200 people will get gas for $1 a gallon.
