Tortoise Shells

A while back I killed one of these battle tortoise and they dropped a shell - it must have been left in my bank because a few days later I found it and decided to hi alc it, and found that it hi alc'd for 650gp. This isn't much but for those mid leveled players who have just got 55 magic, 650gp for something that you can get for free + get a bit of combat xp while doing it, can't be too bad

(I can't think Jagex would have changed it, but you never know :\)
Anyway, I imagine some people are aware of this and some aren't, isn't such a bad way to get money, is it ?

That would be pretty good if the shell is a 100% drop. Do you know if it is?

I don't sorry, I only killed one and got one so it may or may not be 100% :\

Toise shells actually high alch for 600gp and can be sold to Barlak in Dorgesh-Kaan for 600 gp, also. I've killed one of the two types of tortoise five times and got the toise shell each drop.

Dr Doom - was that the type with the mage and ranger on its back and the ones without, or are there another which I'm unaware of?
