The gameplay looks sweet, i signed up to do a beta testing on it. Its $10usd a month or $199 for a life time, so i think it can rival WOW..The worlds are huge with endless possible thing to do/kill.

It will be better then WoW, and its been in development for now over 3 years

..also..no point in signing up for beta testing this late..it only lasts beta for a few more days

Anyways..i have a lvl 15 hunter.. (15 is the lvl cap for beta)..I always play in the Nimrodel server..and i have a big hat with a big feather.

i tried it and i thought it sucked. i can barely see the text in the chats, when doing quest i can barely see the quest icons so i know who to talk to. maybe in the future i will try again but right now forget it. have fun though.

Same, I tried the beta. Played it for around a week so, got bored REAL fast. It's much more then complex, you have to do quests if you want complete the game (I am not big fan of questing) and it is REALLY repeative. Takes tons of RAM, waste 8 hours downloading it and another 7 days playing it.

I was part of the beta crew. I signed up for it over a year ago...finally got an email a little bit ago. The gameplay was kinda laggy in its beta stages. Especially when your around a lot of people. But the graphcs for the game are very well done.

Doesn't look like it's gonna be better then WoW, one of the best things about WoW is the 10 races that are on opposing factions so their is a lot of PvP. But from looking at it, their is only 4 classes and they are all allies. I may try it, but I'm not into the whole LOTR storyline.

The game is huge...Its like 3Gigs. I dont know how big WoW is but I'm guessing its the same. But I'm glad I got to play for free for a little

I did the beta. It personally thought it was terrible. I played WoW with no problems. When I tried to play this game, I could barely even move for some reason. Also I think the graphics are actually quite bad. I love LOTR, and will always be a fan of the movies/books, but I will never pay for that game

WoW is 6GB.

WoW is 4GB. + Expansion, not sure what that is.

Well, atleast my WoW cover says it's 6GB. :-?

I guess it's the game and all the patches and stuff, that could make 6GB.
