When do you go to bed? When do you think you fall asleep?

I go to bed at around 10, and it takes about an hour to fall asleep. Sometimes more. Some book said it took the average human 7 minutes to fall asleep. I'm abnormal :(

- Bed; 9-10PM sleep; Within 10mins (always)

Wake: 6-7:30am (always, except when im sick)

Depends on the day.
School nights = 10:00 to bed, 11:00 to 12:00 sleep.
Holidays = 1:00 - 4:00am to bed, 1:30 - 4:30 sleep.

I go to bed around 11:30pm-12am. I a fall asleep around 12:30am-1am.

I go to bed when I'm tired so I don't lay in bed for hours. Usually 1:00 AM. I wake up at 7:30 AM so I'm not that tired.

I go to bed when I'm tired and I fall asleep 15-20 minutes after going to bed.

In average, I go to sleep at 10:30-10:45 pm and wake up at 5:45am. The ''going to bed'' time may vary, but not the time I wake up ^^

7 hours of sleep is all I need.

Bed: 10:30-11:30 on a goodnight
Wake: several times in the night from my knee..but my MAIN awak time is 5:30-6 depending on the mornin..and during marching band season 4:30 to be on the field at 6 :D
