And what do you mean Lucy? I knew some answers but didn't understand why people would make an accoun tlacking defence thus making them lose alot of money.

I see the point now, though IMPO I think its useless since like Snowfox said its mainly Pure vs. Pure which means they both die at the same time. And most higher lvls can identify a pure.

Noone even wants to waste time on him, because it's neither profitable or worthwhile, in my opinion.

Well actually if you have the money...you can sit in lvl 5 wild with Full Dragon because you already have 99 defense. And the max combat that I'm GUESSING is about 50-60. I put 80hp as their hp level in a calc and I got 57 Combat. So lets see how well people would stand up against them...but if you raised mage or range your levels would skyrocket. Being lvl 94 mage with those skills=100+ Combat

Noone will bother wasting time attacking him because they know they can't hit through 99 def.

Although there're some pures that have 80-99 def with high ranged, I'm making one, they're superb stakers.
