First Painting

The title says it, first attempt in painting.

Not bad , next try put some northern lights. See if it makes it look any better.

Eliminated the white line border,

I made a couple new logos. I really like the second one I made.

1) what did u use for ur painting? any filters at all? cause that moon looks like an outer glow to me

2) ur 2nd logo, wat program did u use?

1) I used the basic circle brushes in GIMP. For the glow around the moon, I painted beneath and around the moon in the layer underneath it, with a very low opacity.
2) I mainly used GIMP, for the glows, motion blurs, text, and I used Logo Design Studio Pro for the sphere design.
