No double posting, some people are nubs and only reply to certain things.

I'm at college, I don't think we have a mentor program. I never had them at my old schools either.

What are "Mentors"? Are they people who you look up to, lie an Idol?

Think of them as a counciler/personal teacher i guess. You can go to them for help and support and things we had them in college, rather annoying cause you had to keep going for interviews, i'd have prefered to have the option of if i wanted a mentor or not, instead they just assigned everyone a mentor, lol.

Ohh... I have a Counciler who does nothing for me, and just drives me nuts. She thinks she is powerful, almighty, ect. (she is a controll-freak)

Thanks, Creepy :D

We have tutors at my school, I don't know if they are the same as mentors. I don't understand how it works though. Apparently there are free ones doing it for volunteer hours and there are ones you pay $5 an hour. Anyone can become a tutor if their grade is good enough I think. I wouldn't know though. We also have a peer tutor in some of our classes who are grade 11/12 who help teach the class. I think they do it for a credit in the subject. :?

My view on them is that I don't currently need them. Lol.
