The lisence in which GIMP, Open Office, Word & Power point Viewers ALLOW for people to charge for the distribution. Thus in sending them a copy via whatever it's legal ;\

^ I believe that the listed add above includes an addon to GIMP that allows for the usage of photoshop brushes.

No, I was looking for Photoshop but then GIMP appeared, which led me to clicking the links with thoughts of "WHAT THE HECK!?"
