Mine is quite unique, at least, to my opinion.
I'm running Windows XP with no custom themes.
I've moved the task bar to the top of the screen and moved all my icons into the Quick Launch toolbar, which I have moved to the bottom to replace the task bar. I have also set both to "auto-hide" so when I move my cursor away, they will both hide and allow the wallpaper to be displayed without obscurity. To bring the task bar or the Quick Launch toolbar to view, all I have to do is nudge a white line, the top for the task bar and the bottom for the Quick Launch toolbar, and it will pop up until I move my cursor away. It feels alot like Linux, in my opinion.
Here's a picture of both the Quick Launch toolbar and the task bar open (Click on the thumbnail):

And here's a final picture, showing both the task bar and Quick Launch toolbar "hiding"; notice the white lines on the top and bottom; it might be hard to see:
Oh, and feel free to use that pic as a wallpaper. I don't mind at all.
