SOTW Week 89 Entries - Ends 24th February

Another Themed Week!

This week our Theme is "No Renders".

-
Extra Rules.
- No Renders of any sort are allowed. Full stop. Any signature containing a render will be disqualified.

-
Tips.
- Instead of handing in a regular 450x150 square background, why not try to make your signature stand out from the rest through different methods like the border used in the SOTW Trophy?
- Since you don't have a render to fall back on, colour mixing and brushing effects are important. Mixing a green background with Red text isn't likely to look very good, neither is four green brushes on a black background, try to give your backgrounds more depth than usual to give something more detailed to look at.

ALL OTHER SOTW RULES ARE STILL IN EFFECT.

Although it's not specifically mentioned in the rules, your entry has to be a signature, hence the competition title Signature of the Week. Since your entry is an image take from a web layout design I can't allow it to remain in the competition, sorry. Therefore, you are disqualified from this week's competition. ~Anubis

no, those are not stocks or renders, they are brushes which are perfectly fine as you didnt say what KIND of brushes could/couldnt be used.

no renders just brushes, my 1st sig i put ne kind of effort in, just got gimp week ago, neone wanna pm to let me know how to put a border on for future use be much appreciated
