Dust Devils

Once i get 65 slayer (someday), I'll be planning to hunt dust devils for a d chain. Looks funny, but it's going to be a motivation to get combat up

I was wondering, is there a way to stay there as long as possible? For example, when you are killing monsters you can use guthan to stay there forever (almost, you have to repair guthan) instead of having to bank all the time.

BUT you can't use guthan in smoke dungeon because if you take out your facemask you'll die in no time.... :S

Is there a way to stay there as long as possible without having to bank? Or is there a way to be able to do easy and fast bankings because i dont want to have to use the flying carpet all the time

My sister hunts them and what she does is:

Teleports to Al-Kharid or somewhere near a bank using a cheap piece of jewellry.

Gets food/supplies/etc. from bank.

Teleports to desert with the Camulet.

Make sure you have a lot of your cheap teleporting jewellry in your bank.

One of my friend told me about that Bones to Peaches method, i might consider it.

He also said i could bank in Nardah. Anyone thinks it's a good idea?

yeah u could try that, or you could get lucky and get lots of kebabs from them

ive tryed to get a chain from dust devils, but no luck. also bring high alch and alch the stuff u get from then, lots of cash out of that

Nardah FTW!

Thats the best way, its cheap, 100 gp (or 200 if you haven't helped ali M) each way and you easily get more then that much gold if you pick it up each time they drop it. And the fire runes they drop pay for it also, just not in cash.

I'd just buy a fair bit of water skin(4)s to have in your bank and take one when you go to the well, and once you run out of water in one you you just drop it and get another next time your at the bank. Each skin will last 2-3 trips back and forth since carpeting from pollinvineach to nardah takes no water. (Also you don't need desert clothes)

Definitely bring nats and a lava or fire staff.

Well, I take it as a motivation to get my combat up. I sincerely don't think I will get one but only the fact of having a chance to get one will motivate me and eventually my combat level will be higher

if you get one i'll be mad. i wasted 5k sharks (yes 5000 sharks) at dusty and not 1 chain
