ive been barrowing almost all the time when i was still a member, so i thought why not share my stuff.

1. What/Where is the Barrows?
The barrows is mainly a place to find armory and weaponry of the six great heroes. It can be found east of Morton by the man with the boat. You need to go through the swamp first.
i. Why go there?
Many people just go there to get the barrow items, which are worth millions. This is one of the best ways to earn money if you are in luck.
2. Recommended things
i. Items
Always remember to bring these items when you want to go barrowing!
Spade, Tele runes, Prayer potions(4 dose pots are better, bring 7), Ranged armor/Mystic armor(wear it), a Dragon weapon, Runes/Arrows, the best food you have.
You should have this:
Note that you can subsitute the Rune Scimmy in the pic for any Dragon weaponry. Also bring teleport runes, I forgot to add teleport runes into my pic sry about that.
ii. Skills
Ranged: If you want to range, which is not wise as the brothers have strong ranged defence, I recommend ranging at least lvl 70 for quick kills.
Magic: I recommend you to mage if you have at least lvl 50 for fast kills. Best to mage at meleers as they have very bad magic defence.
Melee: I do not recommend you to melee as their defence is very strong and you will realise that you hit 0's very often.
3. Tactics
I know a few tactics on this, some are really simple whilst some others are very hard to do unless you are used to it.
1. Cannon.
Set up a cannon, summon your brother, and hide behind your cannon till the brother dies. Unsure of this method as I never done it before.
2. Human Shield.
Get a friend to follow you to the barrows. Stand on the other side of the coffin. Get him to go to the other side. If done correctly, the brother will be on the other side. Get your friend to stand on the side.
(white is you, green is your friend, yellow is brother)
Then slowly move to the side, without going through your friend.
Now the brother will try to get to you but is blocked by your friend. Now you can range/mage him without worry. (ONLY WORKS WITH MELEE BROTHERS)
3. Prayer
Pray while you fight, just dont click on the wrong prayer. Note: Your prayer gets drained from time to time. So keep a lookout for your prayer drainage, and restore when needed.
Find your way to the chest!
Killed five of the brothers? Found a secret tunnel while finding the brothers? Then get on the tunnel and find your way to your chest which keeps hold of your reward.
The chest could be found in the middle room, but to open the door which leads you to there, you have to complete a puzzle, and you have to do it so fast that the monster attacking you didnt manage to distract you. If you get it right, the door will unlock and you can claim your reward! If not you will have to find another door to the middle room.
You can also encounter your sixth brother here while going through the doors. So always be ready!
Once you collect your spoils, tele out right away because you will have a low chance of survival!
