Do you drive?

Been legal to drive for ages now, just don't see it as worth the money currently.

Looking at £2000 ish just for insurance tbh, not worth the money considering the only places i have any need to get to is a £4.50 bus ride away.

Hell even a train ticket to anywhere is only £7.50

WTF? here bus ride is like 1.50 euro! nvm, you need to be 18 to drive here, so can't drive. but when i get 18 and get the driving license (if i get) i don't probably waste my moneys for a car. i can go around on cheaper things too...

Lol, the bus rides here are only $3 (or around $2 if you bought tickets) and thats the highest fare in Canada.

bus rides are 1.75USD in USA, cheap, i've taken a bus alot of times.

I wish they could change the laws here where I live about being blind one eye. If it's for safety reasons, I'm just going to wait until someone can sell me a GOOD left eye...

I would trade my left eye for your right... But then we both would still have a bad eye.

I hope they don't have that restriction here because I actually want to be able to drive someday... My aunts husband has bad vision in one of his eyes and he drives so I think they let you here...

Alaska System

Permit: 14 years of age.

Liscence (only one person in the car, discluding parents): 16 years of age.

Full Liscence: 16 1/2 years old.

The driving age here is very young. 8th grade...hell I would not trust an 8th grader on the road.

I'm 16 years and 3 months old, my parents won't even let me get a permit, which is bs. I have a job, I get decent grades, and apparently i'm not "responsible" enough to get a permit.

I think my parents want to keep me from moving out at 18.
