Reggie Bush didn't live up to the hype, He had a few good games, but more bad than good. May develop as his career progresses but this season was nothing special.

Vince Young was terrible at first, but turned his performances around, He was probably one of the main reasons for Tennessee turning their season around.

I think Devin Hester deserves to get it (Although he probably won't) Purely because he was so explosive on punt and kick returns, he set the record for touchdowns from returns for a single season and is already halfway to surpassing the record held by Brian Mitchell for most special teams returns for touchdown in a career.
