Slayer Dart + Barrows. Make the minds, buy the deaths. lots of exp.

Mud staff+ a lot of body runes => curse, or go to pestcontrol => U got money. Buy runes this money and use any spell in pc and points to magic => fast.

High Alch of Yew Long is good.

Note : You need at least 900k

( 600k for 1k yew long and 300k for 1k nats. )

You may not have thought about it but pest control is the cheap, and yo dont have to mage to get magic exp. Thats how i get my magic up.
